Exchanges & Refunds Policy

Refunds

You will be refunded if your orders have not arrived at your destination.  Naturaful Beauty will be able to refund the total cost of your purchased products if the items are faulty within 14 days from the date of shipment with some of the products. You must let us know within 7 days of receipt.  Some products can be refunded within 60 days if they arrive faulty.  You cannot claim for refunds if items do not fit and therefore you must check our size guide prior to purchasing.  And if you’re still unsure, please contact us at info@naturafulbeauty.com.

You cannot request for refunds once you’ve purchased a product, unless, of course, it’s stated above.  You cannot claim for refunds if the items were shipped to the wrong address due to a customer’s error placing incorrect address details at the checkout. Therefore, the customer must cover the cost for ordering replacement items. Please ensure that you have entered your correct shipping address before making payments for your items.

We are not responsible for items that are damaged caused by shipping companies and therefore you cannot claim for refunds, returns or exchanges.

We do not accept refunds, returns or exchanges if you changed your mind.  We do not accept refunds, returns or exchanges on items once sold, as they cannot be re-sold due to the nature of some of our products.  Therefore, please choose your size carefully prior to purchasing, otherwise, feel free to email us at info@naturafulbeauty.com if still unsure.  We do not take responsibility if a customer had chosen the incorrect size, or color and therefore no refunds, returns or exchanges will be issued due to this.

Returns & Exchanges

You can email us first, at info@naturafulbeauty.com if the items are faulty, however, we are not responsible for damages caused by shipping companies.

You must provide us an explanation along with photos being emailed to us, as to why you want to return or exchange a product or ask for refunds.

We do not accept refunds, returns or exchanges if you changed your mind.  We do not accept refunds, returns or exchanges on items once sold, as they cannot be re-sold due to the nature of some of our products.  Therefore, please choose your size carefully prior to purchasing, otherwise, feel free to email us atinfo@naturafulbeauty.com if still unsure.  We do not take responsibility if a customer had chosen the incorrect size, and therefore no refunds, returns or exchanges will be issued due to this.

If we incorrectly sent you a different item from what you ordered from our website, or if it’s missing something, then please take photos of all the items that you received and send these through along with your order number, full name, address and email address at info@naturafulbeauty.com so we can investigate the issue.

To qualify for returns, all purchased items must be unworn, returned in good condition, in its original packaging, intact, and all tags and packaging are still intact.  All returned items must be inspected upon return before you will be issued with refunds or returns.

If your returned products do not meet our policy, unfortunately, no refunds, returns or exchanges will be issued to you.  If your purchased items do not qualify for our return, refund, and exchanges policy, and you request for your original items to be re-delivered back at your destination, then this will be at your own expense.

Shipping charges for Return Items: Customers are responsible for all shipping charges for all returned products.
Shipping Return Items: If you are sending your return products, you must specify outside of the packaging that it’s “Returned Items”.  It is also recommended that you use a parcel with tracking and signature.  If you do not use a courier that offers tracking and signature, we are not responsible for missing returned items, and therefore there will be no refunds, returns or exchanges issued to you.  Shipping duration for return items: Return items must be received by us within 14 days of the Return Authorization code being issued to you.  Items received after 14 days will be considered as unacceptable and will not be refunded.

Refunds (if applicable)
To complete your refunds, you must email us at info@naturafulbeauty.com to notify us that you haven’t received your items, or if the items are faulty caused by our warehouse (not by shipping companies) within 7 days of receipt.  We will then investigate the situation, and we will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.  If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first, check your bank account again.  Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.  Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.  If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@naturafulbeauty.com
